This course is aimed at anyone who participates in or leads group conversations, including meetings, workshops, committees, teaching and training.  Trainees attend from private, public and voluntary sectors.  

No prior facilitation experience is necessary, but the course also enables experienced facilitators to expand their portfolio of methods.
