Leadership in These Times with Meg Wheatley
Facing Reality | Claiming Leadership | Restoring Sanity
We are proud to co-sponsor a rare one day seminar on November 9th 2017 by Meg Wheatley, a woman who has inspired a generation of leaders to step forward and serve. She will lead a deep then-and-now inquiry into how we move forward in these troubled times. She is co-founder and President of a global non-profit, The Berkana Institute (www.berkana.org), an organisational consultant since 1973, a global citizen since her youth, and a prolific writer. She has authored nine books, beginning with the classic Leadership and the New Science (1992).
We will come together for a day of exploration of how our own leadership has changed, looking at both intentional and unconscious aspects of leadership, and looking at both the personal and social perspective.
This event is suitable for those on the threshold of leadership, as well as those already steeped in leadership across the spectrum of companies and organisations. A small number of bursaries are offered to those beginning their careers – please contact Penny Kay or John Grey at Nudge Coaching for information. All participants will also be able to purchase a signed copy of Meg’s new book ‘Who Do We Choose To Be?’ at 50% of the normal price.
For more information, and to reserve a place, see the eventbrite link here.
More information about Meg is available here and her writing is here.
